“I wanted to create something that would take a break from the noise and bustle of their lives and provide a day-long retreat with a festival vibe combined, to dive in and out of activities to explore what works for them.

“Once you arrive and enter the festival, the day becomes your own adventure. For some of the participants, this will be the first time they have had such an experience.

“You have the flexibility to dedicate an entire day to exploring new interests or simply shutting up to reconnect with the best version of yourself.”

Each festival area was carefully thought out for ambiance and featured areas for talks, workshops, classes, therapy and outdoor relaxation, with the option for people to take their own picnics. lunch or afternoon tea, and enjoy and ‘just be’ on the meadow overlooking the Cheshire hills.

Nic has hand-picked all of the local exhibitors and experts to ensure there will be something for everyone to explore, relax or perhaps expand their horizons.
