Barham, who has been in past life regression therapy for more than 20 years, says it can help you identify details about who you were, circumstances in your past life, key events, places where the energy or emotions were blocked or blocked, and even other people in that past life who may be here now.

What does science say?

As with most Gnostic disciplines, past life regression therapy (and even the idea of ​​past lives in general) is not supported by modern science.
